Meet Arcadia, Office Manager

Arcadia is the heartbeat of our office and the designated Melissa Wrangler, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry and as a seasoned project manager, she’s got a knack for organizing chaos and keeping our team on track. Outside of the office, Arcadia is a book lover, an avid Dungeons & Dragons player, and a self-proclaimed dragon slayer on the weekends (watch out, mythical beasts!). Of course, none of this would be possible without her trusty sidekick—coffee.

 

Arcadia is here to make your experience with us seamless and stress-free, all while making sure Melissa stays on task (and perhaps rescuing the office from an unexpected dragon attack, or maybe that was just Loki).

 

Arcadia is your go-to for managing all the details—whether it's tackling tasks or organizing the next adventure, she is here to make your experience as smooth as possible—coffee in hand and ready to help!

Richard McGee

Meet Richard, Bookkeeper

Richard is the firm's go-to bookkeeper and financial lifeline, bringing over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience to the team. With a knack for data collection, reporting, and analysis, Richard is the one behind the scenes making sure everything adds up—perfectly. While he’s the one keeping the books in order, he’s learned that working with the team isn’t just productive—it’s entertaining!

 

When he’s not helping balance the books, Richard is rocking out as a musician, playing in a band and proving that his rhythm goes beyond numbers. Whether it’s keeping the finances on track or jamming out with his band, Richard brings the same steady beat and attention to detail to everything he does.

Loki Bjorn Allen

Meet Loki, Chief Corgi Officer

Loki may not handle the numbers, but he’s an expert in shredding—both paper and expectations! With over 5 years of shredding experience and a PhD in Judgmental Looks, Loki is here to ensure that your paperwork is properly "disposed of" (and maybe remind you that treats should always be in hand). Known by many names (because why wouldn’t you call a Corgi by multiple titles?), Loki is also the official purveyor of corgi glitter—his fur will find its way into every corner of the office, and he’s not even sorry about it. Lint rollers? We’ve got plenty, just in case you need them.

 

Loki's one rule? He demands payment in belly rubs and treats (he’s got a strong negotiating paw). While the rest of the team might run on coffee, Loki’s strictly a water and snack kind of guy—he’s not allowed to have coffee at the office.

 

So, if you’re ready to meet the team and enjoy a little Corgi magic (and maybe a treat or two), come on by—but be prepared for Loki’s judgmental stare and fur-covered hugs.
